Class I would love to have at Bcrain

A class I think we should have more creative classes at bcrain . I class I would love to have an culinary arts class . I think students would be more engaged and most determined to come to school knowing we have a fun and creative class to come to . We should have and culinary class because it’s creative , creates confidence,and gives you an opportunity to follow your passions.

We should have an culinary class at bcrain. Culinary arts is a way of making you feel through food . In culinary arts students get to experience and learn new things that they didn’t know about food and more . Students may even get to experience with food hands on and learn the meaning and get to know why it’s important to do new things and be creative 

First Quarter

First quarter was a great learning experience for me. I learned many new things that I didn't know before I got in AP. I  also enjoyed reading the book "Wild" it was very interesting. There isn't anything I didn't like about the first quarter.I'm going to learn from all the mistakes I made in the first quarter and do my absolute best for the rest of the year. My goal is to learn even more, and to pass the AP exam with a 3 or higher.

Topic2 - A time i was Mesmerized by nature

           A time I was amazed by nature was when I went on a cruise. The boat glided slowly into the water during the day & fast at night. To see the waves rushing in the water is so amazing to see. Let's not forget the birds flying in the sky and chirping as they fly. this was one of the most beautiful things ever. The fish jumping in and out the water leaving splashes behind. when it was dark you could sit up on the pool deck and see the few stars that were in the sky.during that moment I didn't just feel relaxed I also felt calm & relived. I was amazed by nature during these beautiful moments because I got to experience multiple things at once.

         The article " The Problem Of Water Caches On the PCT " by  Jack Haskel, PCTA  Trail information specialist, and Dana Hendricks, PCTA Regional Representative is mainly about why water caches are such a problem on the Pacific Crest Trail. Water caches have created a decreasing in hiker preparedness, has been a harm to wildlife and also they collect trash. water caches are now ruining the experience for hikers and also the sense of personal accomplishment which is gained through careful planning, problem-solving, and self-reliance. They are also trying to inform you to never rely on water caches. The key is to now educate hikers to be physically fit and well prepared and self-sufficient.

3 facts I learned from the article 

1. The PCTA and the U.S Forest Service have maintained springs to keep them flowing 
2. Many caches are rarely maintained, if at all
3. Caches are often illegal 

2 interesting things I learned from the article 

1. There was once no water caches  in the PCT 
2. Some water caches are very close to natural water sources

If I was to go hiking on the PCT I would make sure I have plenty of water if I do happen to run out I will fill my bottles and be sure to pick up trash if I have mistaken to drop any.

Tytiana's AP Blog

My name is Tytiana Campbell and I love to talk on the phone and eat.  I love cheerleading and making new friends.  I enjoy spending time with my family and camping.

Three goals I am looking to achieve this year are:
1)  Pass this AP Class and Exam.
2)  Make the Honor Roll.
3)  Get at least $10,000 in scholarships.

The reason I am taking this AP Class is to challenge myself and see how far I can go academically, plus I want the college credit.
